服务是一种商品

服务这个名词，一般地说，不过是指这种劳动所提供的特殊使用价值，就象其它一切商品也提供自己的特殊使用价值一样；但是，这种劳动不是作为物，而是作为活动提供服务的。 ------------马克思，《剩余价值论》
　　个人的价值，是在为他人、为社会的服务中体现的。

　　参加单位聘请北京卡耐基学校老师主讲的“服务培训”，感觉还是很有收获的。

  • 服务是在人与人的交往中实现的
  • 服务是社会文明程度的体现
  • 服务需要规范化

服务是一种产品（所谓的产品就是为了满足最终使用者的欲望和需要而提供给市场，给他们获取、使用或消费的一切有形和无形的东西）。
而产品的消费是一个持续的过程，购买者对产品的使用要持续一段时间。为了在这段时间内使产品的基本效用充分发挥，生产该产品的企业会提供与该产品使用相关的各种售前服务和售后服务等。这些由产品的设计者提供的额外服务和额外利益就是产品的第三层次：附加产品层次。
